1. Shipping Policy

Where will we deliver to
We only ship to the UK mainland
Goods we have in stock will be dispatched via courier
How long will it take before I receive my order
Please allow 3-5 working days for despatch of your order.
We do not ship part orders, orders will only be shipped when all the items are available from stock.

How much shipping will I pay for my order 
If you are not in when we deliver
All our deliveries require a signature, if you are not in when the courier calls you will be left a card and the item taken back to their local sorting office. You will usually have between 3 and 7 days to collect your item from the sorting office. If you do not collect the item within the timescale given on the card, your items will be returned back to us and you will have to pay a re shipping fee if this happens.

2. Refund and Returns Policy
We do not operate a Sale or return policy on any products supplied from the website. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the parts that are ordered from the website are the correct ones required.
If you in any doubt about the suitability of the product for your vehicle, please just ask us, we will only be too happy to assist you. Feel free to contact us via email [email protected] before making a purchase so that we can advise you on the correct product for your needs.
Any goods supplied correctly as per your order and as listed on the online shop can be returned for refund or credit subject to a handling charge. If you order the wrong item and wish to exchange it for the correct one, this can be arranged provided that the item was not specially ordered in for you and that you meet any additional shipping costs or price difference between the products.
If you request a Credit on an item we have supplied correctly to you, but it is surplus to your requirements, we may authorise a credit subject to a 25% handling charge. If the item sent to you is faulty, a replacement will be sent out (see Warranty Policy). Refunds are calculated on the price of the item and we will not refund any shipping costs incurred during this process. Goods must be returned in original condition,including any documents contained within and a Credit will be paid once goods are recieved and inspected.
Products that are to be returned must be done so within 14 days of recipt of the orignal product and must have all accompanying documentation and in unused condition.

Warranty Policy
ALL Tyres must be fitted by specially trained professonals
No warranty claims will be entered into for damage caused by incorrect installation/abuse of the product. If your tyres are not fitted professionally the manufacturers warranty is void. We strongly recommend that you are satisfied before fitting as it cannot be returned after fitting. Please make sure the fitter follows the installation instructions carefully and reads all safety information. TREADPOWER LTD are not liable for any costs relating to installation, use or removal where we have not installed the products.
